Sapele (Mahogany) Wood and Gold Pen
Sapele is a commonly exported and economically important African wood species. It’s sold both in lumber and veneer form. It is occasionally used as a substitute for Genuine Mahogany, and is sometimes referred to as “Sapele Mahogany.” The gold metal makes it look like this pen was dipped in honey and is a bold statement in your hand.
Handcrafted wood pens are turned on the lathe and sanded to a fine shine. After sanding, several finish coats are buffed into the pen to give them a glass-like appearance. Not only are these pens beautiful to look at, but they are also extremely functional and write well, too!
This handmade pen is made with lighter sapele wood with gold hardware. All pens ship with a velvet pen sleeve for protection.
Pens: Uses a cross style ballpoint refill (medium point). Ships with black ink.
Great handmade gift for anniversary, him or her, your graduate, or anyone who likes to write with unique items!
